- Adding a frameless glass shower enclosure for a clean look and effective splash protection (essential for rental use).
- Using the Schluter® waterproofing system not just in the shower, but
throughout the bathroom floor for complete moisture protection.
- Refreshing the entire unit with new vanities, toilets, and stair finishes to match the updated modern aesthetic.
