We usually start with a quick phone call or email exchange to learn what you’re looking for. Then, we set up an in-home visit so we can see your current layout. We’ll ask questions about what’s working well and what you’d like to change—maybe you need better lighting for your morning routine, or you’re looking to swap out a bathtub for a spacious shower.

2. Ideas & Estimates

After we understand your goals, we put together some design ideas. We’ll suggest materials like tile, paint, and fixtures, and explain the pros and cons of each. Once we have a direction, we’ll provide an itemized estimate. This way, you’ll know what you’re paying for, from labor to any extra features you might want to add.

3. Scheduling & Preparations

If you decide to move forward, we’ll plan out a timeline that fits your schedule. Some projects can wrap up quickly, while others take a bit more time—especially if they involve major structural changes. We’ll also talk about potential permits if they’re required, so you’re never caught off guard.

4. Construction & Installation

During this phase, our crew handles the demolition of old materials, installs the new fixtures, and takes care of any plumbing or electrical updates. We do our best to keep the area as neat as possible so you can continue with your daily life. If unexpected issues come up, we’ll let you know right away and discuss solutions.

5. Final Review & Clean-Up

When the job is nearly finished, we’ll walk through the bathroom with you to confirm that everything meets your expectations. If you notice any small adjustments you’d like made, we’ll address them as soon as possible. After all, our mission is to ensure your updated bathroom feels both practical and welcoming.
